One of the cheapest things around at less than tangible book value and a good franchise with acquisiton potential which could happen at any time. Good insider board ownership......and a good board.....including the Former Attorney General of Alaska. Very small capitalization........just 600,000 shares or so.....low for a Bank of this asset size. Sophisticated 13 D and G ownership. Management would sell if someone came knocking.

Very pricey based on high appraisal (revalued upward) and super-maximum pricing. Low insider purchases....perhaps the most important page in the prospectus. Don't hold your breath for a second step.....if they wanted capital they would have sold more stock now. Take the $2 plus and run. A flipper not a keeper.

Relatively low price to book; tremendous excess equity which will be deployed into stock buy-backs and increased dividends creating a floor on the stock.
