North American Savings Bank is on sale. How many thrifts are 54% owned by the guy who runs the shop? Hancock's operating record the past 15 years has been extraordinary. Historically an 18% ROE bank, now down to 8%. Temporary loan troubles don't justify this low a price. Contact me for more info.
