FRO performance: Price near date of rating (12/07/2004): 282.25 Recent price (04/18/2024): 22.87 Price change: -259.38 Dividends collected: 243.985 Gain/Loss over 7072 days: -15.40 -5.45% Annualized Gain/Loss: -0.28% Much of the runup in the price was shared by FRO competition showing the dependence of the price on demand for oil. Since the expected economic growth and oil demand is built into the price further upward movement depends on positive suprises in growth projectons. Recent developements have pointed to a slowing to economic growth which probably accounts for the recent decline in the price.
