Should be at least 50% upside from here over next 2 years (i.e., from $20 to $30) and possibly more if they get their costs under control. Reason for "hold" vs "buy" rating is management has not shown ability to execute and possible shakeout in thrift sector adds more risk than most thrift investors are accustomed to. Good news is managment from acquisition target seems to understand how to control costs.

The jury is still out.

Buy if you can hold at least 2-3 years. If buying, do so in small lots over time.
