At best i'd give it a hold.There is very little downside.However WHEN will the upside occur management are a group of selfserving DINGBATS.They have no clue how to enhance shareholder value!! Was this user's rating of 'CSBK' helpful to you?

I trust jimmy's opinion. I'd like to add the day one & day two tape is very bullish. The sharks are feeding. This one might have converted to have a profitable change in mangement. I think this one is a likely remuteee and id guess the price will be 18 so buying now in the high 12's leaves enough* vig yet not as much as a few years back. This is a safe stock to own at 13 . the ipoers aint selling. float is tight. clifton is very close to nyc we all have learned that the ones around nyc work. go clifford!
