What we have here is a stalemate , good location , ok size , good structure(div waiving mhc) ok mangement, BUT valuation is rich. This is why i say hold. Risk reward is ok this stock will grind its way to 12 in 15 months , paying a tiny div waive , hopefully they will buyback stock and be able thus to waive more and more of its earnings to the minority shareholders , its boring and safe with a 2nd step unlikely becuase growth is measured Buy on weakness in small lots only , this is not one of our stars but will do ok anyway . remute is possible with several mhc and mutuals and the bigger s & l in same town , might be a good way to combo them with this offering? ho hm stock : ) 12 - 14 per share in 2+ years extreamly low balance sheet risk Was this user's rating of 'NVSL' helpful to you? Of all the little piggies going public recently, this one seems to be the one to sell. 1.Spending a big chunk of the proceeds on new branches. 2. In a low-growth area 3. Insiders bought very little (lowest I've ever seen) in the conversion 4. Went out at ridiculous valuation considering its growth prospects and low volume (has roach motel written all over it).
