This follows up my post from a few months ago. With the announced acquisition, to be completed later this year, take your substantial profits and move on to something else. (With the special dividend, I believe that I have more than doubled my money in about three years.) Was this user's rating of 'PBNC' helpful to you?

I attended the board meeting and my take after talking to the board is sell out in three to four years. Valuable franchise to right buyer, lots of new employment in riverboat casino towns. The first buyback in March 03 will not be the last. 78,000 share buyback but over 240, 000 shares traded hands in a two day period. Who bought the other 160,000 shares? Put away. This baby is being tightened up for sale. 2 years until sold at high $20's Board all over 65 way over. Time to cash out. Was this user's rating of 'PBNC' helpful to you?
