The form of ownership to manage an asset to distribute a higher % of earnings then other comparable publicly traded assets is not in the main stream of focus. The entry price of entering the oil and gas gathering system industry could be valuable. The macro view of moving gas thru gas systems is more valuable now then the previous decade.
