I agree with what was said above by snlguy , decent value has return to our subsector
this is offered below book @11.50 trading price 13+ book value , earnings are betetr then they appear on prospectus , costs will be lower , earnings on ipo proceeds higher , fastest growing town in IN , this is decent risk adjust buy , yet there will be many ecent values coming to market , so buy a little at a time , its a shoppers-nibblers market , pops now are muted , good values to be bot. this is a good one.
