I too own some WAKE and by today's MHC standards it is not expensive. It is a clean efficient shop which wants to enrich its shareholders. My principal concern is that their lending focus is relatively aggressive...heavy on the construction and land loans. While they are in a good market and have had historically good asset quality, this is clearly riskier than a plain vanilla 1-4 lender. Was this user's rating of 'WAKE' helpful to you?
