Stock is a buy.Management is older and has nice stock position.Of course Bergen county implies value but I wouldn't get overly excited about Wallington, N.J.-ever been there?Two most compelling factors are1)management is very astute and shrewd 2)someone is sucking up all the stock they can get without impacting the price!!STAY TUNE. BUY @11 . ROE=15%(preconversion) for this banklike pink small floated div waivin mhc. mangement is old 60's & 70's and bot plenty of stock in great bergen county nj location. wawel has good growth and should burn through this offerings cash in short order with organic growth and div waive and could have second step deal in the medium term 1-2 years , although 2nd step values are declin ing i think wawel biz is strong enough and justifys a buy here. this bank is run wisely 12.50-13.50 in ones years time 15% gainers each year.
