This is an ETF, heavily weighted toward BRK.B and big banks and insurance companies. All would benefit from the impending yield curve reversion, which sometimes seems like it will never happen, but it will. Our little community banks lack the heft of the big boys to roll with the imposing tide of technology and compliance costs, plus the recurring headache of occupancy costs. Focus on BV/TBV is a distraction, and depends on hope rather than confidence. The stability of the holdings of IYF makes it a choice pick to replace any small bank stocks that are jettisoned to take tax losses.
