Geriatric board...the "second step" conversion is the next step on the way to the sellout. Look at the yield! It matters in this market (and will matter more if Bush gets his way). Management bought decent size in the second step [compare that with other second steps at the same time] and appears to have kept the offering limited (not going for supermax). not sure why i bought i guess i had to buy one second step for my collection. Since we have no other paper on market for 6 months and earning are doing fine this may well join the 13 club in a year i will be out of stock with 6 months after esop gets more options Was this user's rating of 'WAYN' helpful to you?
